* Orders are confirmed once payment is received.  Confirmed orders that are cancelled by the client within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Confirmed orders that are cancelled by the client outside of 48 hours are entitled to a 50% refund. If, for any reason, Lux Charcuterie initiates the cancellation of a confirmed order, the client is entitled to a full refund. If full payment is not received within 48 hours of the scheduled event, Lux Charcuterie has the right to cancel the order.
